Sandy Izett, an Island girl (woman), grew up on South Whidbey and knows the Island. Her outgoing personality and attitude towards her work and fellow agents, clients, and team mates are the qualities that afforded her the honor of being rated Whidbey Island Association of Realtors 2001 Realtor of the Year, 2003 Realtor Community Service Award, 2005 President Elect Whidbey Island Association of Realtors, and is the current 2006 President of the Whidbey Association of Realtors. Sandy wants you to experience the "Dalton Difference."
Sandy's dad started the business in 1970 and she is proud to work in the family business along with her brother (Mike Dalton / Broker) and sister (Chris Zorich) best friend (Pat), and fellow agents who are her extended family.
With over 24 years in the Real Estate field, and as top office listing and selling agent and one of the top 10 Realtors on South Whidbey for over 20 of those years , she can share her knowledge and expertise to help find, or sell, the right property for you.
Sandy married her Langley High School sweetheart (Don, a custom building contractor) and they raised their three children on Whidbey Island, as well as five foster sons, and hosted 13 foreign exchange students — who continue to visit often.
She believes in family, friends, work, and community. She will be a 2007 State Director for the local Real Estate Board. She is a past member of the Langley Planning Board and the South Whidbey Youth Center Board. In her spare time she enjoys travel, camping, and family, especially the grandbabies.
Whidbey is a wonderful place to raise your family and, in her extensive travel, she has never found a place she would rather live — Whidbey is Paradise.
Jack Knauer has been living and working on Whidbey Island for the last 21 years. Originally from Arizona, he moved to Washington State in 1965. Whidbey is the only place he's ever lived that truly felt like home the minute he arrived. In 1991 he and Lisa Izett (Yes, Sandy and Don's daughter) were married and have raised a son on the island. Working with a professional like Sandy and the entire Dalton Realty team has been one of the best experiences of his life. The commitment to family and community is the hallmark of Dalton Realty. As a member of the Dalton Realty team Jack couldn't have found a better way to make a difference. As Sandy says: "Whidbey is paradise."
Sandy and Jack believe in a "people helping people business" with an emphasis on helping folks realize their dream of owning their own property. Give them a call today and put them to work for you. Real Estate is their business and they do it very well!
